Completed on budget and on schedule, Briohn designed and constructed this 62,000 SF ground-up grocery store. The project included extensive off-site improvements such as new turn lanes, a controlled intersection and a public road connecting the parking lot to Port Washington Road. A mix of stone panels, metal panels and masonry was incorporated into the exterior of the building. To save cost and time, Briohn utilized a helicopter to place and install the HVAC RTU’s. This location served as Roundy’s first ground-up Metro Market location in the greater Milwaukee area. This upscale grocery concept has since expanded elsewhere in this market and into Illinois.
