Metro Market Shorewood

Briohn designed and constructed the first two-story Roundy’s grocery store in Wisconsin, attached to a four-level parking structure, in a tight urban setting. The design/build involved the demolition of three existing buildings, and combining three parcels into one. Briohn worked closely with General Capital, Roundy’s, the Village of Shorewood and other stakeholders through site design to minimizing the impact on the neighboring community. Project scope includes:

  • 2 story, 80,000 SF grocery store
  • Grand staircase
  • Sushi bar
  • Juice bar
  • Wood fire pizza
  • Extensive wine cellar
  • Dine-in Cafe
