Winning a built-to-suit competition between several developers and contractors, Briohn designed and constructed this 300,000 SF ground-up, regional distribution facility that replaced a facility that had no room to expand. Working with the client and the Village of Johnson Creek to facilitate a confidential land purchase, TIF financing and site development, Briohn was able to provide a full-service, turnkey approach. The project included:
- Incorporating a 50,000 SF addition into the project mid-stream while staying on schedule
- 10,000 SF main office
- 3,500 SF of support offices and restrooms in warehouse
- Interior clear height of 30-feet
- 300,000 SF of warehouse space with 36 loading dock doors to accommodate national scale distribution.
