Annex Wealth Management, a Registered Investment Advisor not owned by a bank, brokerage firm or insurance company, is headquartered in Elm Grove, WI. Working with owner Dave Spano (News Radio 620, WTMJ’s “Money Talk”), Briohn assessed the building's existing structure and estimated improvement costs that allowed the owner to purchase the building with confidence in the overall project budget. The two-story, 13,500 SF office building was renovated to provide the owner with a more contiguous office space. The final result features:

- Open-concept reception area
- Several spacious conference rooms
- Multiple comfortable and efficient individual work spaces
