Arby's - New Berlin

To meet the owner's delivery dates, this project had an aggressive construction schedule, which took place during the winter months. Located on an outlot of a recently completed retail development in New Berlin, the 3,600 SF stand-alone Arby’s is constructed per Arby’s prototype, while complementing existing development and complying with the existing site constraints.
