Briohn designed and constructed this 1,400 SF retail space in Brookfield Square Mall. As an extension of their retail offering, this location is operated by Neroli Salon and Spa. By planning ahead with our client and vendors, the build-out was completed at a record-breaking pace and done within budget. Scope of the project included the demolition of an existing retail space and a complete retail store buildout which was completed in time for Black Friday shopping.
