Brocach Irish Pub

In collaboration with Phillip Katz Project Development and Bar None Designs, Briohn constructed this 5,000 SF renovation of a former Woolworth’s building into an authentic Irish Pub in the center of Milwaukee. This project won the mayor’s Urban Design Award in 2007 and is currently occupied by the Red Lion Pub. The project included:

• Restoring an existing historic structure
• Adding a new kitchen and a second floor patio
• Incorporating the use of imported finishes from Ireland to create a true Irish Pub feel
