Caleffi - North America

Caleffi is a global company that specializes in the manufacture of hydronic solutions for the construction industry, including the in-floor radiant heat systems used in many commercial buildings built by Briohn.  Briohn designed and constructed a custom 30,000 SF manufacturing and distribution facility for the Caleffi North American headquarters. This facility is located in the Milwaukee Menomonee Valley. Working with a contaminated brownfield site that required remediation, a passive methane recovery system was installed below the concrete slabs to safely allow methane to bleed out of the contaminated soil. The completed design includes an under-floor hydronic heating system. Heated water and glycol is pumped through a glass display room, visible in the main conference room, for product demonstrations and training.
