Briohn designed and constructed this 103,600 SF food packaging facility. Create-a-Pack is a contract food manufacturing and packaging company that specializes in both dry and liquid foods. The success of this project depended on the coordination and implementation of the mechanical systems including a water tower, boiler and process equipment to integrate seamlessly into the manufacturing operations. The building was designed with a precast ceiling and mezzanine to create a clean-room processing area and to offer an important separation of office and food production operations.
