Create-A-Pack Foods - Oconomowoc (Addition)

To expand the company’s dry packaging line, Briohn designed and constructed this 28,200 SF addition for Create-a-Pack, a contract food manufacturing and packaging company that specializes in both dry and liquid foods. The project included 18,000 SF of warehouse space and a 9,000 SF mezzanine used to handle processing materials. The mezzanine was constructed of precast panels to improve the clear height and the thermal efficiencies of the building.
