Briohn is currently constructing this 5,400 SF precast car rental retail location. This is the fourth project Briohn has contracted with Enterprise Car Rental, the nation’s largest rental car company. To erect this new building, an existing restaurant was demolished and the site developed to allow for vehicle storage and rental. The building features a 3,744 SF wash bay with an underground water recycling system and 1,675 SF of retail/office space. This location will service many of the car dealerships in the area.
