Briohn designed and iconstructed a 7,500 SF office addition and cooler expansion for First Choice Ingredients, a market leading manufacturer of concentrated dairy flavors created through natural fermentation and reaction technologies. Due to the existing soil conditions of the site, the building has been constructed on caissons and structural grade beams. An existing retention pond will be reclaimed and converted into an underground storm-water retention system to increase the client’s ability to utilize the entire site and allow for the construction of a new parking lot.
