Briohn designed and constructed this 8,600 SF retail center on the former ninth green of the Riversbend Golf Club. The golf course was modified to fit the development plan and remained operational throughout the construction process. This retail center is anchored by Buffalo Wild Wings and is home to Jimmy Johns, ATI Physical Therapy, AT&T and Starbucks. Briohn’s team worked closely with the developer to stay within the project budget, while meeting the functional requirements of each tenant and the municipal requirements for the site. By turning the project over on-budget and on-schedule, this development was a success for all involved.
