Briohn designed and constructed this 8,400 SF office remodel for Integrated Risk Solutions, an insurance brokerage company located in Waukesha, WI. The existing interior of the building was gutted and built out to meet the exact needs and vision of the owner. This included the removal of all interior walls in the second floor office suite. Briohn was able to value engineer the design to utilize the previous occupants I.T. room infrastructure and existing plumbing layout. The project was completed in six weeks.
