Briohn designed and constructed the 25,000 SF headquarters for Jet Intermodal, a company that repairs and maintains commercial trucks and trailers. Proper variances were obtained with the municipality and neighbors, and permission was obtained from WE Energies to pave its existing easement on the property.
The project design included:
- 5,000 SF of mezzanine
- 5,000 SF of office space
- 15,000 SF of shop space
- Air conditioning throughout building
- Seven acres of paved and fenced-in outside storage
- Densifier and sealer was applied to the floor to help protect from damage and staining and to make cleaning accessible.
