Muskego Tire and Auto is a full-service automotive service center and tire retailer. In collaboration with the owner’s vision, Briohn designed this 13,000 SF automotive repair facility to recall the architecture of automotive service buildings of the early 1920s through the 1950s. Features of the building include:
- Insulated, structural concrete masonry designed to resemble cream city brick
- A larger, more comfortable work area that services full-sized trucks and other oversized vehicles
- Hydronic heated floors that maintain a more constant temperature in winter months and saves heating costs due to the continuous opening and closing of the service bay doors
- Landscaping that provides an in-ground watering system to maintain the extensive plantings
