Briohn designed and constructed this 5,000 SF salon buildout for Neroli Salon & Spa, transforming this premier salon/spa with a complete renovation. This project set the standard for the “Neroli Look” and helped in establishing the Neroli name as a premier salon and spa within the greater Milwaukee area. To meet a schedule requirement of two weeks, crews were run on three shifts, seven days a week. Renovations included:
- Grinding and polishing existing floors
- Installing extensive wall cladding of reclaimed wood
- Replacing all existing wall and ceiling finishes
