Briohn designed and constructed this 5,800 SF restaurant located in Brookfield, WI. This is the second location for the owners of North Star American Bistro, which prides itself on serving Real.Good.Food. The interior design aesthetic is a result of the collaboration between Briohn’s interior designer and the restaurant owner. The restaurant décor is centered around a custom, hand-built bar with floor to ceiling wood wine racks. The generous use of glass brings natural daylight into the restaurant in the main dining area and the private room located in the rear of the restaurant. The project was completed within eight-weeks. The owners of NSAB have gone on to build several other locations using, Briohn to construct their restaurant on Oakland Avenue in Shorewood, WI.
