Briohn designed and constructed this 7,500 SF office buildout for Platypus Advertising and Design, a full service national marketing and advertising company located In Pewaukee, WI. This buildout is in an existing multi-tenant building, built by Briohn, located within the Pewaukee Woods North industrial business park developed by Briohn. The project included a full office build-out, with contemporary design features, a professional audio studio and sound booth.
