Briohn designed and constructed this 2,100 SF medical buildout that functions as a state-of-the-art orthodontic practice. The existing condition of the building was poor and had highly irregular concrete flooring issues that required modification to facilitate all of the underground infrastructure for the multiple orthodontic treatment chairs. Briohn’s team redesigned the space to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that in 2011 won Briohn an ASID silver award for the uplifting, comforting and functional design of this medical space.
