RC Insurance is a family business offering business insurance, safety and risk management, claims management, employee benefits, personal insurance and financial services. With an aggressive construction schedule to allow early occupancy for the owner and tenants, Briohn designed and constructed this 30,000 SF, two-story multi-tenant office building. A center lobby feature on the main floor allowed the space to be broken up into multiple units without reconfiguring the overall building layout.
