Regus Business Center

In collaboration with the owner’s architect, Briohn constructed this 15,500 SF office buildout for Regus Business Center.  Regus has over 3,000 locations in 900 cities, in 120 countries. The space was designed as a business center to house leasable office suites that include conference rooms, a kitchen area and pods of office suites. In order to accommodate a tight turnaround schedule, weekly teleconference meetings were held with the architect in Atlanta and the owner in Dallas.
