THE CHALLENGE

Facing the challenge of fast growth and limited space for expansion within their current building, Rishi Tea initiated plans to construct a new facility. The aim was not only expanding their storage and tea mixing footprint but also accommodating for future growth. 

The Briohn team set forth on uncovering potential build sites near the existing Rishi facility. Then, with the help of Briohn Design Group, Rishi Tea delved into a thorough design process to help structure their new facility in a way that accounted for their increased production flow, fulfillment activity, food grade facility requirements, along with a modern and collaborative office space for their team.

THE RESULT

After Rishi Tea selected the site that best fit their needs, Briohn worked to fast-track construction to get the Rishi Tea team into the new facility and prevent interuptions in production and fulfillment activity.

The end result was a 50,000 SF food grade facility with integrated climate controlled storage area for tea, mixing and blending rooms, as well as office space for the Rishi Tea team.
