Briohn designed and constructed this 78,800 SF facility, uniquely positioned on the site to take advantage of the natural landscape features. Seville Flexpak is a converter of high performance flexible packaging for the food industry, creating labels for food packages, soda bottles, candy wrappers and an extensive array of other products. Working closely with the owner to identify the functional requirements of the building, Briohn designed and built this state-of-the-art printing facility around highly specialized equipment imported from Italy.
The building features:
- Eight-inch concrete floor with a polishing and sealing agent
- Large equipment foundations and process pits
- A 16,000 SF mezzanine with employee rooms
- Labs and ink mixing room with explosion panelsÂ
