Working with Phillip Katz Project Development, Brion designed and constructed this 125,000 SF interior and exterior industrial facility renovation. The innovative design incorporated blinking traffic lights, reflective yellow tape and streetscape signs into the office and industrial building renovation. A new showroom was created to display for-sale products ranging from traffic cones and flares, to harp street lamps and decorative road signs. Tapco was honored by the Milwaukee business journal in the 2010 Real Estate Awards for best renovation: Industrial, Second Place.
