Briohn designed and constructed this 250,000 SF facility for Transpak, a third party logistics partner specializing in custom packaging, warehousing, order fulfillment, and distribution. The building includes a high-cube distribution warehouse, an export packaging area with a 450,000 pound lifting capacity, a clean room and RFID (radio frequency identification) capabilities. Transpak’s services include:

As part of a campus setting, this building includes a large feature fountain at the entry, decorative precast concrete wall panels and attractive glass and glazing systems. With an emphasis on energy control, high efficiency lighting and HVAC systems were used throughout the high end office area.
