In collaboration with Kubala Washatko Architects, Briohn constructed this 11,600 SF men’s and women’s locker room renovation. Working as a team with the Tripoli Country Club board, a scope of work was established with a corresponding budget. The renovation included the removal of all finishes, furnishings and lockers in both locker rooms. The men’s locker room is highlighted by a full custom bar/lounge area that includes a gas fireplace and an exterior deck overlooking the golf course. The women’s locker room features an elegant lounge that includes a gas fireplace and wet bar.
